By virtue of the power vested in me by the Constitution

of the Republic of the Philippines, pursuant to Chapter 5, Title I,
Book III, Section No. 394 of Republic Act 7160, known as the
Local Government Code of the 1991, and upon concurrence of
the majority of the Barangay Council during the 1st Regular
Session session held on July 6, 2018 held at Barangay Hall of
Barangay Poblacion VIII, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, you
are hereby appointed as Barangay Secretary of Barangay
Poblacion VIII, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro effective this 1st
day of July 2, 2018.
