“Social Media is changing – Community Management”

Internet, this is the era where you can find everything instantly, our life style has changed.
It has now become easy way to live. Thanks to the technology and globalization, people are
becoming more interconnected. Social media has changed through the years and
communication is part of our lives. Since Facebook was released social media turn into a
phenomenon around the world and many more platforms were developed by other
companies as Twitter, Whatsapp, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Google+. Every
platform has its own style and different functionalities always depend on its users. Early
social media was just used for share pictures and post whatever you want at any time, meet
people with common interests.

But now the rules have changed, Social media is now a business where you can be an
entrepreneur, set up a virtual store and start to sell a lot of different products, or you can
be an influencer who works with many brands and share products or services, and that is
our important topic because our virtual community called more exactly Community
management is literally managed by someone who works based just about internet rules
and statistics to make bigger a company or a brand.

The most important objective of Community Management is to manage customer interests


and increase their company. This means, applying strategies like images, videos or sounds
you can know the point of view of all customers that you have, managing the customer
lifestyle, make another customers change their mind about a product or service, developing
offers to the right moment at the right time.

Instagram for example has become one of the biggest platforms of publicity, trying to make
your services viral because people like funny and interesting posts and where customers
can blog comment about brands. Community management promotes customer to
customer communication, which that is the point of a company, but sometimes especially
if customers find out that others are sharing bad experiences there is other side of social
media because you can fail if you don’t control your posts. Managing a community users
requires a different way to understand them, and you have to know about technology.
Nowadays Social Media is controlled by every one of us due to you can find your likes and
posts of your interests, people is taking advantage of Social Media and that is the biggest
reason to start to take this seriously because people search everything on internet and more
if you have a business. So, make sure to have a good way to control everything with internet
through social media because that brings you positive and negative results but remember
every day is changing and you need to be updated.
