The Process of the ADDIE Model

Analysis is the process of gathering and analyzing information about the content and the human
requirement of jobs, as well as, the context in which jobs are performed.

Implementation reflects the continuous modification of the program to make sure maximum efficiency

accomplished or not accomplished.

Jami-
The ADDIE model has been around since the 1970’s. It is also known as Instructional System Design.
The ADDIE model is “used to help organize and streamline the production of your course content”
(Quigley, 2018). It is so successful because of the simple fact that this model is very simple and extremely
effective when it comes to Instructional Design work.

Ashley-
Although not everyone uses the ADDIE model today in their type of work at a company or job, using the
ADDIE model for anything in life and following the process might just give you better results than what
you were expecting.
