Provide instruction using principles of appropriate learning strategies in
the areas of Sustainable Agriculture, Ag Leadership and Communications
and Veterinary Science in order to facilitate positive student learning
outcomes and personal growth. Coordinate with other subject areas to
integrate course curriculum over multiple discipline areas in the Hanford
High School Agriscience Pathway.

Implement premiere leadership opportunities for over 900 students in the


Hanford FFA chapter as the acting FFA Advisor for the three school
program. Duties include supporting the Hanford FFA officer team as well
as managing the department finances and chapter calendar.

Supervise and advise student participation in the market lamb show team
through home visits and instruction of relevant industry standards.
Develop student potential for career success through the coaching of
Impromptu speaking, Best Informed Greenhand and Veterinary Science
career development and leadership development event teams. Foster
positive relationships with site administration and parents in order to
facilitate successful program development.

HANFORD JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT- HANFORD, CA
Work collaboratively with district agriculture teachers to establish
common curriculum and course outlines. Incorporate NGSS Science
standards with CTE Agriculture and Natural Resource standards to
institute district wide essential standards, assessment calendars and student
interventions for the five complete pathway sequences in the district.

Facilitate and manage an intracurricular classroom in the subject areas of
Ag Life Science, Ag Biology, and Ag Mechanics while incorporating the
