The artifact that I have selected is the Signature of a member on the California Senate and one of
the House of Representatives that I met while on my school week trip, Boys State.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I chose this artifact, because I really enjoyed my time with every new person I met in
Sacramento and the things that I learned about government and politics.

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
It changed me, because it showed me all of the hard working Americans that try to help better
this land that we all live. It was nice to see them hard at work to try and help better America, and
California.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
I saw Personal Growth on this Artifact, because we had to make it a goal to meet our senator and
house of representative, in a colossal building that was sometimes hard to navigate.

Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact
may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
The skill I practiced might help with a career, because it showed that I got things done. I went to
go meet the senators and all the other things like that and it shows that I went out to find them
and got it done.

Shirt that is needed to work which displays the basic company information.

Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?

I chose this as one of my artifacts because I have been working at this company for almost two
years, and it feels great that I am able to help communities and people by building fences

How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
It helped me change by becoming an honest hard-working person. It helped with knowing what
people who go into hard work labor have to withstand and it really is an eye opening view.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?
Explain.
Yes I saw growth with setting personal goals. I saw growth with staying for the company for a
while which was a goal set for me and almost reaching a two year mark makes me feel
accomplished with myself and with my family.

Provide an example of how the skills you practiced or the knowledge you gained via this artifact
may also be used in a career in which you are interested.
I practiced by building a short time in order to finish certain large jobs and giving me small time
frames in order to accomplish works.
