1 STATEMENT OF FACTS
Tank No.1 W.B.T. (S) onboard the SIMA, was inspected on 2009-11-19 by Chief Officer
FATHI.

2 GENERAL TANK CONDITION


The tables below give the general condition reported for the tank, please also check for
deviations/findings for the individual cells in Ch. 4.

2.1 Coating
Coating found in general INTACT condition. The following coating failures were found:

2.2 Anodes
The general condition of anodes was found to be: 0 - No weardown.

2.3 Structure
The tank was “credited” on an overall level when ‘0’ is given for the different structural
failure types below, but check for any deviations in chapter 4:

2.4 Sediments
