TRAINING PLAN INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS:

On –the-job (OJT) or internship programs are course requirements that provide
opportunities for a Student Trainee to apply the theories and ideas learned in the school
but also enhanced the technical knowledge, skills and attitudes of students towards work
necessary for satisfactory job performance. These training programs expose the trainees
to work realities which will improved their competencies or skills and prepare them once
they graduates.

This Training Plan provides Student Trainee with actual workplace experience, exposure
to various management styles, industrial and procedures of occupations in relation to
his/her field of study. This plan outlines the specific competency or skill requirements for
an HTE- based training program which need to be mentored, evaluated and monitored. It
has two parts:

work. This is equivalent to 40% of the trainee’s overall competency.

period and to document exceptional or skill deficiencies. Rating of 1.0 to 3.0 (100-75) is
considered Passed. A rating of 5.0 (below 75 ) is considered Failed. Remarks highlight
the trainee’s exceptional skill or skill deficiencies.
