AFFIDAVIT OF OCCUPANCY

I, HERBERTO G. UGAT, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Anahao Daan,

Tago, Surigao del Sur after having been duly sworn to, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I personally know RAYMANDA LINGAYA, she being my late neighbor;

2. That I also owned and cultivated a land at Anahao Daan, Tago, Surigao del
Sur;

3. That I know that RAYMANDA LINGAYA owned a parcel of land in Anahao

Daan, Tago, Surigao del Sur;

4. That for a very long time, I am a resident of Anahao Daan, Tago, Surigao del
Sur, therefore, I personally know everyone residing therein and the property
they owned respectively;

5. That being as such, I personally know that RAYMANDA LINGAYA or her

predecessors-in-interest have actually resided on and continuously
possessed, Lot No. 2228, Pls- 710 for more than fifty years (50) years by
themselves;

6. That when Raymanda Lingaya died, her son REAL LOZADA took possession
of the lot. Upon the death of REAL LOZADA, his children WILFRANIE L.
LOZADA and NOEL L. LOZADA, continue to occupy the land. They regularly
till or plant rice on it up to the present time;

7. That I am not related to Raymanda Lingaya or her successors-in interest,

either by consanguinity or affinity and not, in any way, interested in the land;

8. Further, I do not know a person name REMELITA REPOSPOSA. I never saw

such person cultivating or possessing Lot No. 2228, Pls-710;

9. That to the best of my knowledge, belief and information, RAYMANDA

LINGAYA and her successors-in interest are the real owners of the Lot No
2228, Pls-710, situated at Anahao Daan, Tago, Surigao del Sur;

10. I execute this Affidavit voluntarily and attest to the veracity of the foregoing and
for whatever purpose this may serve best under the circumstances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 17th day of October
2018 at Tago, Surigao del Sur.
