4) Our staff will abide, follow and implement health and safety measures as per guidelines laid

down by In the exhibitor manual.

5) We agree to abide by the rules and regulations of 6th Edition Gridtech 2019 as laid down by
the organisers, from time to time.

6) We have consulted a Structural Engineer for the mezzanine construction and have obtained a
Structural Stability report, a copy of which is attached for your reference. (Applicable to booths
constructing mezzanine floor)

7) We agree to immediately report to the organisers any untoward incident / accident,

occurring / having occurred in our stall or neighboring areas during the period of our presence in
the exhibition venue / hall.

8) We undertake the responsibility of any and all issues arising out of labour laws including that
of Provident Fund (PF) and ESIS and will abide by all government rules for our staff working
onsite.
9) We indemnify and shall keep indemnifying for any liability / penalty / fine / dues / taxes /
levies incurred by because of non-compliance on any of the above.
