survey would last for about 5-10 minutes. Should you not understand a particular

His name is Stifani O. Ballad, born in Tuguegarao City on April 30, 2000. She is the first

currently in Senior High School, in the same school. She belongs to the STEM strand

He was born at Vira, Roxas, Isabela in the year 1999, 10 th of July. He is the first son
and only son of Mr. Herminigildo Batoon and Mrs. Josephine Batoon. He lives at
Bantug, Roxas, Isabela. He completed his primary and junior years at La Salette of
Roxas College (LSRC). Now he is taking his senior years at University of Saint Louis
Tuguegarao with the strand of STEM.
