BY THIS BOND, I the undersigned Mr.

Laxman Barku Kurle (referred to

herein as “the Debtor”) residing at _________ bind myself to pay to Shri
Gogras Gojivdan Mandal (referred to herein after as “the Creditor”)
having its registered office at ____________ for the payment of an amount
of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) availed of by the Debtor
from the Creditor by way of interest-free personal loan.

Whereas:
1) The Debtor is an employee of the Creditor working as ___________.
The Debtor is indebted to the Creditor for the aforesaid amount of Rs.
50,000/- availed of by the Debtor from the Creditor by way of an
interest-free personal loan, which loan constitutes a Debt owed by the
Debtor to the Creditor, which the Debtor hereby duly admits;

2) The Debtor has requested the Creditor to allow the Debtor to make
the repayment of the said debt vide monthly installments of Rs.1, 500/-
(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) deducted from his monthly
salary till the said loan amount of Rs. 50,000/- is fully and entirely
repaid to the Creditor;

3) The Debtor has furnished two sureties viz. Mr. ______________, aged
_______ residing at _________ and Mr. ______________, aged _______
residing at _________ for the due performance of this Bond. The said
Sureties have undertaken liability jointly and severally as Sureties and
have guaranteed and assured due performance of the terms and
conditions of this Bond by the Debtor and payment of the guarantee
Bond amount in the event of default by the Debtor in performance of
the terms herein;

NOW THIS BOND WITNESSETH AND THE DEBTOR AND THE

SURETIES AGREE UNDERTAKE AND BIND THEMSELVES JOINTLY
AND SEVERALLY AS UNDER:

1) The Debtor has requested the Creditor to allow the Debtor to

make the repayment to the Creditor of the said loan of Rs.
50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) vide monthly
installments of Rs.1,500/-(Rupees One Thousand Five
Hundred only) to be deducted by the Creditor from the
monthly salary of the debtor till the said loan amount of Rs.
50,000/- is fully and entirely repaid to the Creditor by the
Debtor;

2) That in case of default by the Debtor of due performance of

this Bond and repayment of the amount as mentioned in the
abovementioned clause for any reason whatsoever, the
Sureties hereby jointly and severally bind themselves to pay to
the First Party the said amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty
Thousand only) on demand and without demur.

IN AGREEMENT WHEREOF, the Parties Above-named have put their

seal and signature on the date and place mentioned more particularly
herein above.
