System Solution
Solution Overview
SD to HD conversion orders with special offers will be routed to a specific pool of technicians via an OLI on the legacy DTV stack and an indicator/attribute on the RC1 stack. The pool of
technicians handling the conversion orders will alleviate workload for Prem technicians. Quota management for conversions flowing down the RC1 stack will be managed by EDGE and will
be based on configurable business rules per DMA. Dates returned to upstream ordering systems may be filtered once pre-defined quota's have been met. Additional skill set will be
configured in FS-Scheduler for SD to HD conversion work orders.
