PROJECT WORK
“LEAN MANUFACTURING IMPLIMENT IN HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING”
We are implementation the lean manufacturing concept such as value stream
mapping, line balancing, single piece flow concept are used in Gear Box Housing Casting
process. The major problems we faced in the industry is over production and inventory.

 I did my project in Ashley alteams.

tip of portable spot welding machine. Techniques of handling panel with knowledge
of maintenance in Jigs and Fixture ,sealer application on wheelhouse. Inspection of

sheet, Total preventive maintenance check sheets.
