movement was formed at the very first Opening in Delhi and keeps growing. So,

- Electricity: If the proposed location has state electricity supply which can be
used on regular normal supply basis, (then only need to pay as usual electricity bill
on monthly basis) in other case where there’s no regular electricity supply need to
install GENERATOR (power backup) with minimum capacity of 15KW which will be
provided on leasing basis of around 2,50,000 INR plus GST.

“ALSO THE OUTLET DESIGN WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN WHAT IT IS,
WITHOUT WAFL’S ASSISTANCE”.
As I have always been a waffle enthusiast, such products always grab my attention. One day
while going through Facebook posts, I came across a WAFL video, which lead to my further
interest in this company.
I was looking for a new venture, and when I came across WAFL, I instantly knew that this was
something my city can fall in love with. I was sure that the food products that WAFL offered will
be a huge hit with public because of its uniqueness.
Mr. Anirudh Agarwal, One fine day I went to Delhi to try out one of a WAFL store, and soon, I opened first outlet in
Vaishalinagar, Jaipur Jaipurin June of 2018. That is how much I got attracted with the product.I went for a training
session, which was very helpful. Also the outlet design wouldn’t have been what it is, without
WAFL’s assistance. WAFL has always sent be the best of trainers, specially during an event. They
made sure that equilibrium in the service was maintained.
Because of the freshness of the concept, I could see the curiosity in the public’s eye. This led to a
successful opening. The concept took my heart away. But also, it does serve finger licking food.
I look forward for further association with the franchise. I do plan to open more outlets throughout
Rajasthan, and expect full support from the WAFL team.
My decision to work with WAFL was mainly because they had a great idea in place and have
amazing thought towards the expansion in the Indian market, they were quick in responding to
all my query’s and were always available to meet and discuss

store, where we decorated the whole store with WAFL balloons and other branding material.

The brand always helped us whenever we needed extra assistance at the store in terms of staff
training and the POS training, they initially also helped us with the stock supplies as we were
giving out a lot of free samples to customers. The brand was always there where we required
help with the machinery or local promotion and etc.
I had thought a long future with WAFL, we have been doing a lot of events with the brand and
moreover promoting the brand and the store extensively, hence my plans are to open more
stores in Delhi once I have amazing locations in place.
After tasting the food and understanding the business insights by communicating with franchisee
owners I decided to set up a meeting with the brand owners. The eagerness of the owners to
make WAFL a household name in India along with their openness to new ideas for taking the
brand forward made me decide that WAFL was a brand I would like to work with.

Galleria Market, Gurgaon We opened the doors of our cafe to the public on July 15th, 2108.WAFL provided us with a
designer who created floor plans for the store. Having a clearer picture of what exactly we
wanted the cafe to look like. Along this entire process we were constantly guided by the WAFL
team in terms of their specifications as well as providing estimated prices for each work.
As the tag line of the brand suggests, at WAFL we find all the world’s best waffles in one place.
We emphasis the fact that all our waffles are made with eggless batter. Also, we are one of the
only brands to be serving savoury waffles in the country and definitely the only brand that has
incorporated the savoury elements into the food rather than providing them just as a toping.
I would definitely be looking at the food cart concept in the near future to expand
and strengthen my existent partnership with WAFL.
