State the first objective as changing the collective consciousness – making it known to all that organ
regeneration is possible for all; your personal objective to regenerate whatever part or organ of the body, and to
revitalize and rejuvenate the whole body.

write a one page statement of what you want to achieve, scribbling the shape of the part or organ, and
describing what you want to achieve. File it – and totally forget about it.

You imagine a matrix of the organ you are regenerating; take a living cell out of the spine and place it on the
matrix; then divide the cell into two, four, etc. Imagine the whole matrix being covered with new living cells.
Imagine the organ being connected with the thyroid gland (all organs need to be connected to it); then give the
instruction to cells to multiply.

Spend some time each day focusing on the organ, imagining it growing along the matrix lines, and FEELING
it growing inside.

At a certain point you will just know that it is ‘done’. Stop doing controls.

You can apply the same method to the healing any part or organ. Another important point is that while you are
doing controls you should have full belief that this would work, i.e. there should be no disbelief, do not debate
the point, just do what you do expecting a result.
