WORK EXPERIENCE:
Provide direction, process overview, and information to students, parents, and others regarding:
admissions, registration, financial aid, student account functions, activities, and student services.
Providing enrollment process overview and financial literacy to current and prospective students.
Responsible for scanning and linking of student records and registration forms to Datatel Colleague
Processing enrollment verification and transcript request forms through the National Student
Clearinghouse
Assisting with campus previews, new student orientations, parent orientations, financial literacy, and other

Monitoring financial aid awards accordingly due to changes in enrollment, and estimated family
contribution (EFC)
Provide information to financial aid recipients and applicants using knowledge of federal, state and

Assist in representing the Office of Financial Aid campus-wide at special events
Facilitating institutional financial aid workshops to parents and students as needed
Communicating with the student body on FAFSA and other deadlines via email and phone calls as
available
Resolving complex billing inquiries with students, and parents
Counseling students in all tuition related financial issues
Performing accounts receivable and cashiering functions
Counseling students in the out-of-county chargeback process
Drafted student worker training manual. Coordinated student worker cross-training sessions.
Coordinated scheduling of student workers in Cranford One-Stop Center
Supervising student workers in the daily operations of the Cranford One-Stop Center
Organize payroll with federal work-study and budget for student workers.
