Description of the business:

The business sells a product of a glasses that can give a choices in any
conversations. It is very useful for those people who are confused on what to say
or respond.It also has different functions, like knowing the affection of the people
and also tells us the current time now. It also gives a clearer view to
surroundings.

Location of the Business: 2nd Floor Wellcome Bldg.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Vision:
Ensuring the vision of the user and to help them see what are needed to
improve. By doing so, our product gives off the choices in every conversation.

Mission:
We provide goods and services to people to help them see better. And to protect,
preserve and improve the vision of our customer. We promote a customer to
approach us when in need about his/her eyesight and also to help people who
are not fond of conversation. This is really useful for introvert people.

The business goals aims to:

 Compassionate in all our relationships with customers, suppliers,


employees, investors, community, environment.
 Build many branches in the Philippines.
 A new technology glasses that helps people.
 First type of glasses created by our company.
 To enhance the performance of Employees.

The business objectives aims to:

 Conduct a job hiring program;


 Conduct and advertisement;
 Conduct a training and workshops in the next 6 months to improve the
performance of the employees;
 Help people who are introvert; and
 The safety of each individuals.

Business Description:

Lens of true sight is a company of “merchandising” about the product we are


selling which is the first ever eye glasses with unique specs, that attracts the
people to buy it.

The product that we are planning to product is about a glasses of high


technology with many unique specs, such as giving a good eyesight and it can
be adjusted with what grade your eyes have, It also have an very unique spec
like giving a person a choice which to pick in a conversation when in need.

Organizational Plan:

The form of our business is “Corporation”, because we need many employee’s


for the purpose of assisting people in the counter and others is for experimenting
area/production room creating the product. Lastly some employee’s are working
in the office computers for the use of social media and improving our product
through data analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
 CEO – is the highest-ranking executive in a company, and their primary
responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the
overall operations and resources of a company, acting as the main point
of communication between the board of directors and corporate
operations, and being the public face of the company.

 Chairman of the Board - appointed by the board and the position may be
full-time or part-time. The role is often combined with that of managing
director or chief executive in smaller companies.

 Chief of Staff - a nonprofit leader's right hand, helping free up time so they
can better focus on those things that will have the most impact.

 Director - appointed by the shareholders by way of an ordinary resolution.


It is also possible for directors to appoint additional directors; however in
most cases directors can only fill “casual vacancies” and the new
appointment is ratified by the shareholders at the next general meeting.

 President - responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company


by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range
goals, strategies, plans and policies

 Vice President - will assign responsibilities, develop functional roles, and


oversee operations to ensure that the CEO's vision is carried out.
 Associate - are usually members of a team of workers who collaborate to
ensure that the clients' needs are being met.

 Supervisor - is responsible for the productivity and actions of a small


group of employees.

 Manager - assess the performance of the department or company against


the business's goals and plans.

 Foreman - a key member of the contractor team, responsible for


organizing construction works on site.

We gather materials on the other company of raw materials, through the


company of eco-friendly which is their materials are grown and cared by them
therefore they are not harming our environment we grow in. The produce/sell raw
