AFFIDAVIT

I, PATRICIA VICTORIA ILAGAN, of legal age, with postal address at 2nd floor, PGMC
Building, 76 Calbayog cor. DM Guevarra St. Mandaluyong City, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. I am the duly Branch Manager of 8990 HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

CORPORATION (the “Corporation”), a corporation duly organized and existing under and by virtue of
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office address at 8990 Bldg., Negros Street,
Cebu Business Park, Cebu City;

2. The said Corporation is the developer of Urban Deca Homes Ortigas project located
at Ortigas Avenue Extension, Barangay Rosario, Pasig City;

3. Sometime on November 2018, the Corporation filed an Application for License to Sell
for Urban Deca Homes Ortigas project with an area of 132,162. 46sqm in the Housing and Land Use
Regulatory Board Reform (HLURB);

4. One of the requirements for the said application is to submit the Master Deed with
Declaration of Restrictions with the HLURB;

5. For the reason not attributed to the negligence of the Corporation and which are
beyond our control, the issuance of Master Deed with Declaration of Restriction will take time due to
the long process of application; and

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing narration
of facts and undertaking under pain of administrative, criminal and civil liabilities, and for whatever
legal purpose it may serve.
