and I can do it.

To become a grain hauler you need a Commercial Drivers License (CDL). The pay for a grain

hauler is 20,000-130,000 dollars averaging 10-12 hours a day, with overtime and holiday

pay. They’re home every night and have weekends off with full benefits. There is always

a market for grain hauling. The reason I would have this career is I would have to get a

CDL and I would be able to start working and hired right away.

To become a food tech varies which all depend on the employers preferences. The average pay

for this position is $14.29 an hour. The benefits include a 401K, health and dental

insurance, and paid vacation. On a normal work day your indoors in an office or al lab,

with regular work day hours and may have to put overtime in pending the project they are

working on. The job market job is unknown due to lack of information. The reason I

would like this job is because I could create new types of food.

To become a food chemist you need a minimum of a four-year bachelor’s degree in one of the

following: food science, biochemistry, chemistry, or microbiology. The base pay for this

career is $37,700-$59,600, with $480-$4,050, 30% of food chemists reporting. The

benefits include medical, dental, and vision. The normal work day consists of research,

lab work, documenting what has been each day, and takes inventory of the chemicals and

items used in a day. The job market is slow for this occupation. The reason I would like

this career is I can make different things to see what I could make.

To become a quality control manager requires no specific requirements, but some candidates

major in chemistry, physics, and engineering; at minimum you need mathematics,

statistics, and computer modeling. The average pay is between 43,463-75,680 dollars.

The health benefits are consists of medical, dental, and vision. The work day is focused

on maintaining quality within the established systems, but they also work to improve

them to improve quality, while keeping expenses down. The job market is unknown for

this occupation due to insufficient data. The reason I would like this job is I would be

able to make sure things are to a standard and I’m good at doing so.
