Description: 

Project watchdog is a US funded AI program, aimed at locating and eliminating threats to 

national security via the internet. The program locates threats online and acts according to 

its jurisdiction. Servers are located in multiple locations such as N

​ orth Dakota, Missouri and 

Florida​. This ensures that even if one location goes down watchdog can.     

Threat Location: 

Through backdoors installed on ​ ​ Watchdog can track all inbound and 

outbound communications going through the internet and triangulate the location of any 

actor exhibiting threatening online behavior. Documented threatening behavior includes 

but is not limited to, threats of violence, hate speech, and erratic outbursts. Any threats 

located are then stored by watchdog and closely monitored in order to predict the 

likeliness of harm to US interests. Via surveillance cameras and devices such as ​android 

phones and iphones.​ Watchdog can then triangulate said threat and effectively eliminate it.  

Threat Termination:  

Threats under watchdog can be dealt in a number of ways decided by watchdog itself. For 

threats of least concern a log of what has been found will be sent to the closest police 

department and will be taken care of by the police department. With more paramount 

concerns watchdog will instead enact measures of force, either by mobilizing a swat team 

or using police drones to eliminate the threat as quickly as possible. If the threat is found to

be of lesser concern, police drones will forcibly attach a chip containing a mix of plastic 

explosives and a cocktail of mood altering drugs such as ​LSD, THC, Salvia.​ The explosives 

can then be remotely detonated, instantly severing the brain stem, causing instant death. 

Alongside this the chip can track the individual and collects data based on multiple sources 

(heart rate, blood pressure, neural excitement). With this data watchdog can view when a 

threatening action may be taken and either apply lethal force or subdue the individual with 

various blends of chemicals purpose tailored to the target. In cases like this a chemical 

lobotomy may be performed, rendering said individual completely harmless to society. 

Head researcher Dr. ​Bradford​ explains that these procedures do not cause any harm and 

merely prevent deleterious thoughts from rising to the surface of a person's psyche.  

Addendum: 

Malicious actors have been physically accessing citizens devices and posting threatening 

content. The government has broadcasted to all citizens the danger. There have only been 

19​ occurences to this date. We have eliminated over 23,000 threats internally so this small 

percentage is within error and does not need to be addressed as of this moment. It has not 

been made entirely certain yet whether these actions have been done by another 

government or terrorist organization but evidence seems to point towards ​fjlkdasjfkasdf​, a 

group keen on initiating anarchy and a return to a time before safety was assured to all 

lawful citizens. Whoever this group is, Watchdog has been trying to identify and eliminate 

them but as error bound has still not reached critical mass

Logs:  

A woman by the name Jane ​B e r​ eported her cell phone as stolen a couple days 

earlier. Later the phone was found to have posted status updates supporting terrorist 

organizations f​ f​ and threatening extreme violence. This lead to 

action on watchdogs behalf and a police drone immediately executed her. All surrounding 

individuals were immediately administered amnesiacs in order to suppress panic. Later 

jane was found to be an ordinary whose phone was used against her.
