Production and R&D Facilities 

Our Manufacturing and our R&D are Located in the industrial town of Nashik at a distance of 160 km from
Mumbai.  The facility houses our weaving, chemical formulation and Prepreg equipment as well as our in-house
Research and Development and testing facilities.

Reinforcement Materials
BhorForce  is our range of woven fabric based reinforcement materials. Woven fabrics provide good drape,
excellent handling characteristics and superior strength and stiffness.  A wide range of reinforcement fiber
options are available ranging from Carbon fiber to Aramid to Quartz fibers.

Matrix Technologies
The selection of the right matrix systems is one of the most critical criteria in the development of performance
fiber reinforced plastics. Bhor has the expertise in the formulation of a wide range of Polymeric matrix systems
that are designed to meet a variety of composites processing requirements for tack, toughness, cure time, cure
temperature, Glass transition temperatures, etc.  

BhorPreg   is our range of  Prepreg resin systems. We can formulate a wide variety of systems as follows:
Fast Cure, Standard Tg ( >120C) Epoxy Prepreg System
Standard Tg, toughened, Epoxy Prepreg systems for out of autoclave part manufacturing. 
High Tg ( >180C) high performance toughened Epoxy Prepreg systems for demanding applications.
Cyanate Ester based prepreg for high temperature and Rf applications. 

BhorBond   is our range of Epoxy based polymer matrix resin systems. A wide variety of formulations to support
composites part manufacturing via hand lay up, infusion and vacuum bagging technologies are available. Our
ability to formulate systems based on the application requirement is our key advantage.

BhorTensr   is our range of Pultruded Precured laminates. Bhor has positioned itself to offer premium
Carbon/Epoxy Precured Pultruded profiles with excellent mechanical properties.  We can offer a wide variety
of Carbon Pultruded profiles to support the needs of the infrastructure, wind energy and industrial markets. 

Flat Plates for use as a tensile or compressive member in repair and retrofit applications
Flat plates for use in the manufacturing of spar caps for wind turbine blades
