SUBJECT:
To provide the Off-loading Facility for 25kg bags for consumer filling at powder plant Commented [SM1]:

PROPOSAL:

Existing loading dock of powder is not sufficient for incoming and outgoing materials of powder plant,
because of loading of finish product and offloading of raw material handling is not possible when both
powder plant and consumer filling on production.

Offloading facility to be provided for Incoming material for consumer filling and powder plant as per
attached layout.
 Relocation of auto door.
 Shed to be provided as per layout with good ventilation, bird and rain protection.
 Fans and lights to be provided as per area.
 Rain/drain water removal arrangements.

MECHANICAL JOB SCOPE:

1. Cutting and welding of material for shed for installation.

E&I JOB SCOPE:


1. Electrical connections and power supply for lights, fan and others

CIVIL JOB SCOPE:


1. Civil job to be done as per layout,
2. PU Flooring and coating on existing floor.
3. Loading dock for raw material handling

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS:
1- During the modification all safety measures will be followed.
2- Use of PPE’s (Face mask, chemical gloves, goggles while performing the test
3- Test will be carries out as per standard operating procedure.
4- MSDS available of site during flooring and paint job.
