Share information to any institution not authorized by RA. Gapuz @) Give or share username and password to any individuals or institution 1) legally pubishing/uploading/embedding the review or any educational materials or session/cass online (e.g. Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) ‘That | will ONLY use any and all materials of RA. GAPUZ REVIEW CENTER INC. for ray personal test preparations and review That I will NOT use the materials of R.A. GAPUZ REVIEW CENTER INC. for other purposes such as the conduct of group study . - That | will NOT photocopy, sell, retype, recopy , or store in any retrieval system electronic and otherwise , any and all ofthe lecture notes and materials | obtained from my review class sessions at R.A. GAPUZ REVIEW CENTER INC. 5. That | will NOT use and or cause others to use any and al lectures, strategies, functional concepts and learning tools of R.A. GAPUZ REVIEW CENTER INC. in any lecture, roviow or any form of sharing among would be examinees of other review centers. 1. That | am NOT attending the class only to gain tips and hints and lear strategies BUT primarily to PASS my examination. FINALLY, | FURTHER AGREE THAT I SHOULD NOT SHARE POINTERS AND ANY AND ALL PART OF THE R.A GAPUZ REVIEW CENTER INC. MATERIALS and LECTURES TO STUDENTS, EMPLOYEES, LECTURERS AND ASSOCIATES OF OTHER REVIEW CENTERS. Upon signing this agreement form, | have understood the rules, regulations and policies of the R.A. GAPUZ REVIEW CENTER, including the requirements for enrollment of the review program that Intend to enroll. Its to my undertaking that the center will provide review programs only. Note: R.A.
