1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose

It is a features and functionality listing document which represent

user, client interaction with web application. It also provide the
features and functionality description.

1.2 Scope
The web application provide a platform for search various events in
the city, concerts advertisements and user can buy tickets. Event
holders can sell tickets from this platform.

1.3 Definition
The application provides a functionality for ticket booking for various
events in cities across the world. Event holder (organization) can post
the ticket buying and registration functionality for their event.

1.4 Overview
Eventbrite is going to provide a platform to search various events in
the cities. It serve area across the world. User can buy tickets and
register for event from the portal. Event managers can post details of
their event with ticket price and booking functionalities.

2.1 Product Perspective

Application provide a portal on which people of any city can get the
knowledge of events, seminar, business expo and culture fest.

2.2 User characteristics

The portal can be a booking place where user can book and hold
ticket for various events. User can book tickets of across the world.
They can read blog, know about different events going to plan in the
city.

3.1 User

In this module normal visitors of web application can be included. Who surf
for various events news, registration and get tickets. They also can
published if they organized some kind of event.
 3.2 Organization/ Event Holder

The group of people or organization which organized any event for public.
It may be dance party, business summit, DJ party, music festival, yoga
program, etc.

4. Front End Functionality in Detail

4.1 Sign- Up/ Login
User should do Sign – Up if he/she visiting first time. But if user has account
on the web application can login and use the functionalities.

4.2 Browse/ Create Event

User or organizer can browse different events from this functionality and
they can create their own event whichthey can publish to other users. They
can set registration chargeable and sell event tickets on the portal.

It also provide the ‘help’ functionality which help to guide basic work flow
like how it works, cost, tickets, contact event organizer, help center.

4.3 Advanced Search option

User get the advanced search option. Many types as follow,

o Where user should enter event or category. For example
dance, dinner, DJ party, roof top party, business summit,
product launch event, etc.
o User can search the event by city name and location.
User can get the feeds and options from all over the
world.
o User can have a date search option like this week, next
week, next month, and next year.

description, organizer name and organizer also can link it to Facebook
and twitter.

Create Tickets
Organizer can select the category of ticket from free ticket, paid ticket
and donation. An organizer also can set the refund policies

4.7 Contacts

User or an organizer can add contacts (emails) where they can send mails
for promotions.

4.8 Tickets

It shows the past event’s tickets, and tickets which are bought by user.

o When user reach to payment form web application give

8 minutes to complete the form feeling and do
transaction of payment. If user take more than 8
minutes the holed ticket will be released by the system.
 o Application also provide the functionality to email the
organizer on the payment window.

4.9 Saved

It shows the saved events by user. In which user is interested to visit or buy
its ticket in future.

4.10 Manage Events

Provides functionality related to event if organizer planned any event, they

can see various attributes related to event in this place like ; total check ins
in live events , check in related to time any people registered for any
product if the event is expo or business summit.

4.11 Organizer Profile

Organizer can write the details related to their profile, organization name,
business details, can put link of business website, twitter and Facebook
page links. It is visible to other users which are interested in that particular
organization.
