Time of meeting: 7.00 AM on 30.05.2018.

Movement Charges / Booking Amount: 25 Lakhs – This amount will be paid by Mediator Mr. B
Ramesh Babu on 29.05.2018 before 2 PM

Scientists Mr. Radheshyam Pal 40 Years & Mr. Gajanan Kakde 57 Years; from M/s. Iridium.com will
be performing all the Tests.

The above time and date mentioned is final, cannot be extended once fees is paid and finalised.
Place of meeting to be given by the B party one day in advance before 12:00 noon. Place of meeting
should not be out of City Area limit.

PROCEDURE:
First Day:
1) Company Authorised person will reach at the given time and agreed meeting place; at your
place with 2 Jackets & Normal Closing Kit. You or your person will open the article and give
demo then we will take the three samples
a) Kodak film
b) Digital watch
c) Torch
2) If results are positive, these samples will be taken to lab for testing at Kolkata by FLIGHT.

Second Day:-
3) Early morning before 9.30am it is handed over to our scientists at lab. Thereafter around
2.30pm we will get Lab Report if it is positive; A MOU will done for declaration. We will
arrange and deliver the token amount or Rs. 50 Crores at your place before 6 PM. Article will
be packed and kept with in a Fived Star Hotel for joint custody; till the end of the deal.

Day 3:
4) Declaration process will be done - Company will come at your place with an agreement copy
and final closing kit.

5) All the process (Declaration Process) will take a minimum of 45 working days. All payments
will be cleared according to your Schedule.

NOTE: Time of meeting and showing the material within a day is important otherwise Company will
leave back and the booking fees will be forfeited.

RP holder should pay the penalty of Rs.25 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) if material is found
negative or not shown in the day of performance. Rs.25 Lakhs cheque in favour of Mr. B Ramesh
Babu will be given by the Seller before Inspection.
