Every student has to make a Project following the next steps:

1. Identify an organizational strategy within a well-known Romanian company;

2. Make a short description of the company and afterwards present in detail the strategy;
3. Decide if this strategy is adequate / appropriate for the business, for the company;
4. Establish which are the implications of the strategy in all 5 HR Processes, according to
“Roadmap to Strategic HR” (book nr 2.) – pagina 100 din carte
Design an Action Plan for every HR Process (5 APs total) in order to implement the strategy

Requirements for the Action Plan:

 at least 5 actions;
 the actions have to be concrete / very specific;
 assign an owner for every action;
 timeline for every action;
 necessary resources (HR, financial resources, information, materials)for each
action.
