VIRTUAL REALITY BASED REQUIREMENT DISTRIBUTIONS


FOR DISASTER AFFECTED PEOPLES

INTRODUCTION
Virtual Reality (VR) applications are being developed and used in a wide range of
domains. These applications provide new insight into many difficult problems and offer
advanced interaction techniques that may not otherwise be available. Unfortunately,
developing VR applications is still difficult. Development of VR applications requires
handling the many low-level details of VR systems while simultaneously managing the
variety of human-computer interface requirements for immersive applications.
Current VR technology most commonly uses virtual reality headsets or multi-
projected environments, sometimes in combination with physical environments or props, to
generate realistic images, sounds and other sensations that simulate a user's physical
presence in a virtual or imaginary environment. A person using virtual reality equipment is
able to "look around" the artificial world, move around in it, and interact with virtual
features or items.
In the case of most emerging & developing countries, the costs associated with IT
equipment for virtual reality, and their rapid obsolescence, have made quite difficult the
incorporation of VR as a tool to support the learning processes. Notwithstanding the

foregoing, the software development and 3D digital content have been identified as a
potential factor to increase the economic competitiveness of emerging economies, where
there was a latent need for hardware related to VR technology.

EXISTING SYSTEM
In existing system, the requirement of affected people satisfied through manual
control. Here there is problem to communicate. The main reason behind is the lack of
knowledge and distribution of the latest technological advancement that could at least alert
the citizen of the happening of possible disaster in respective location. This manual control
method, thus making inconvenience to user to control the devices and need to allocate
specific places to fix that hardware switches thus creating safety related issues. Based on
this, they not satisfied the import requirement of disaster affected people.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
During a disaster or public health emergency, the ability for responders to react
appropriately is driven not only by pre-existing knowledge and skills, but also to a
considerable degree, their psychological state of mind and familiarity with similar
scenarios. Particularly during high impact, low probability events, appropriate personnel
response relies upon the ability to perform their designated roles. In this system, it displays
the basic need of affected people. Through this the concerned authority will know their
requirement and distribute their need. Proposed system consists of virtual reality module, it
is used to display the need of affected people. Based on signal from the virtual reality
module motor will on automatically for the purpose of distribute the basic need. For this we
use relay and motor and it display on LCD. The proposed system gets user’s height and
change buttons’ vertical position. In addition, users can change a button label and type. As
a result of the user-test, the proposed system improves the problems of wall mounted
buttons and has a possibility that it improves product and system.

CONCLUSION
Projective Virtual Reality Technology can make the next leap forward as an intuitive
and ergonomic man machine interface. Projective VR efficiently makes the connection
between VR- and motor serve as the “prolonged arm” of the user handling objects in the
virtual world. With the task deduction and action planning
components it is possible to “project” the user’s actions from the virtual world into
the physical world. These ideas, combined with latest development in the field of the
automatic distribution of virtual worlds over multiple computers will further contribute to
new application fields to be conquered with this modern and appealing visualization,
supervision and commanding technology.
