Week six – Planning/filming

PLANNING

What did you learn from your planning This week from my planning I didn’t really learn anything new I
this week? just went over things I already knew and solidified them. For e.g
I went back and went over setting up an interview again and
how to get the best setup for my interviews.

What issues did you encounter and I didn’t really encounter many issues this week as I’m going to

To make sure my equipment list was completed to a high
enough standard I asked a teacher to check it and let me
know what else I could include but also when filming I’m going
to make sure I check everything I’m using and put it on the
equipment list

How have you ensured your actors
and crew will be available?
It was quite easy for me to make sure my actors were available
because they’re my family so I see them everyday and they
would let me know what days they can film on and what days
they’re busy and unable to film. So overall I was very up to date
with my interviewees

How well have you been able to Locations and transport were very easy to organise because
organise locations and transport? from the beginning I knew I wanted to film the interviews at my
house to give the documentary more depth and personality
and transport was also relatively easy because I planned to
 record when everyone was home and able to film.
