1. Job Purpose
Briefly state the purpose and expected roles of the position.
Establish and manage the good relationship between customers (doctors and patients) and collaborate with Sales
& Marketing Manager through suggesting and implementing area sales & marketing strategy, with the objective of
achievement of the sales target in accordance with the operational policies and relevant rules of the company
within the budget

Field Promotion

Detailing of key medical marketing messages, product advantages and relevant scientific and other product
1 information. Provide continuously close contact to customer group in order to guarantee good customer relation
management and achieve sales target, meeting company’s norms

Academic activity:

Organize academic activities including workshop, patients education meeting, DTC program, etc. and provide the
2 new information on the products and/or company in order to solve the customers’ academic questions so that
contribute to the increase of prescriptions

New Product Listing

3 Ensure the listing of AID products into target hospital by visiting key decision makers and building relationship
with them & enhance Rx for business growth.

Market Analysis

Analyze and report market specific information (including treatment patterns, networking, competitor activities,
4 and opportunities). Analyze sales development in the market. Provide regular report for Sales Manager to design the
effective area sales strategies and action plan.

Market Development

Assist Sales Manager in analyzing market situation, developing local sales strategy and plan, implementing local
5 sales plan and supervising others for the correct implementation, and implementing special projects, such as area
hospital listing project. Develop the potential market in order to ensure the stable and sustainable increase of the
market shares and continuously develop the potential market

Collaborate with allied department

6 Report to allied department like QA, PV, MA, HR etc for queries raised by HCP, channel partners, paramedics,
MSLs etc.

Assist Medical Research

7 Explain the PMS protocol, collect and feedback the clinical experience data in order to ensure the clinical doctors’
further understanding to our products and for promotion use

Budget Achievement
8 Forecast & Sales target & objectives by implementing sales and marketing strategies & ensure ROI.

Patient Education Activity

9 Organize/ support patients education meeting (through doctors/ support groups), etc. and support them by
providing the new information on the disease management whereby improving their QOL

3. Knowledge / Experience Required


Identify any specific knowledge and positions in the organization that are desirably experienced prior to assuming this position.
Knowledge
■ Graduate or above college educational level, major of medical or pharmaceutical specialty (preferred),
■ Medical and/or pharmaceutical knowledge (preferred).
■ Market Knowledge.
Experience
■ Abilities of communication, coordination, relationship building, territory management, man management.
■ more than 2 to 4 years’ sales experience.
