Serials have been existed since the beginning of mass marketed entertainment in the 19th century.

Acording to The Cambridge Advanced Learner’s Dictionary & Tresaurus a serial means a
story on television or radio or in a news paper,etc. that is broad cast or printed in separate part. This
means anything published broad cast in short installments at regular intervals as a novel apparing in
succesive in issues of a magazine. Serials rely on keeping the full nature of the story hidden and
revealing elements episode by episode to keep viewers tuning in to learn more.

One of the best serials I ever watched is Grey’s Anatomy. Grey’s Anatomy is an American
medical drama televison serials with 13th seasons and 280th episodes who will keep you captive in
front of your Tv or laptop.The serials focused on the lives of surgical interns, rezidents and
attendings as they gradually evolve into seasoned doctors, while trying to maintain personal lives
and relationships. These serial is named by the book with the same name, Grey’s Anatomy who is
a human anatomy text book by Henry Gray. The series follows Meredith Grey, the daughter of an
esteemed general surgeon named Ellis Grey, following her acceptance into the residency program
at the fictional Seattle Grace Hospital. During her time as a resident, Grey works alongside fellow
doctors Cristina Yang, Alex Karev, Izzie Stevens, and George O'Malley, who each struggle to
balance their personal lives with the hectic work and training schedules assigned to them. They are
overseen during their internship by Miranda Bailey, a senior resident who works beneath Grey's
love-interest Derek Shepherd, the head of neurosurgery; Yang's fiancee Preston Burke, the head of
cardio; and Ellis Grey's ex-lover Richard Webber, the Chief of Surgery. The residents are later joined
by Jackson Avery and April Kepner, former Mercy-West residents who join Seattle Grace following
an administrative merger in the sixth season. In addition to Shepherd, Webber, and Burke, the
surgical wing is primarily supervised by Owen Hunt, as head of trauma; Arizona Robbins, as head of
pediatric surgery; Callie Torres, a resident who later becomes head of orthopedic surgery, who left
Seattle at the end of the twelfth season; Erica Hahn, as head of cardio; Mark Sloan, as head of
plastics; Addison Montgomery, as head of OB/GYN, neonatal, and fetal surgery; Teddy Altman, as
head of cardio; and Amelia Shepherd, Derek's sister who is hired to replace him as head of neuro.

Later additions to the residency program include Lexie Grey, Meredith's half-sister. Grey is killed
alongside Mark Sloan in the season eight finale; Leah Murphy ; Shane Ross , who departs alongside
Yang in the tenth season finale; Stephanie Edwards ; Jo Wilson, a doctor who begins a romantic
relationship with Karev; Andrew Deluca, the love-interest of Meredith's half sister Maggie Pierce,
who also serves as head of cardio; and Benjamin Warren, an anesthesiologist and currently a
resident,who has to balance his wife Miranda Bailey's new role as Chief of Surgery with his own
desire to succeed. Season twelve sees the arrival of Nathan Riggs, while Meredith is appointed
head of general surgery.
I started watch it because of my sister. She is totally crazy about it and I said to myself :” Should be
an interesting serial. Why not?” . I can’t wait for season 14 ,but here are some reasons why you
should watch it too:
1. Each episode does have good story lines.The stories are dramatic and will keep you
watching.
2. The characters are awesome- the characters have good character development. You will
get attached to characters quickly. The relationship between the characters are awesome.
My favorite are Derek and Meredith, and Christina and Meredith.
 3. Once you start you won't be able to get enough- I would binge watch the show and when
I finished season 13, I went back and rewatched some of my favorite episodes.
4. This show is full of drama, You will stayed entertained and on the edge of your seat
through every episode. And you will cry by the end of a lot of the episodes. If you don't
then are you really watching Grey's.
5. All the characters can be killed at anytime. Some of them are in dangerous after
dangerous situation.
6. Grey's Anatomy is just an awesome show.
I’ve watched the first 5 seasons in a week and let me tell you,I have lots of fellings. If you share
any of these opinions with me ,I’m glad. If you seen every season of Grey’s and all my reasons
where hilarious and incorrect,I’m also glad.I guess the only sure thing to do is to keep watching.
