Manila, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say;

1. That I am sponsoring my niece DOMINIQUE THERESE A. DELA PENA in

applying for a UK TOURIST VISA.

2. That I am financially capable to support and shoulder financial expenses on

accommodation, leisure costs and other miscellaneous expenses of my niece
during her stay as Tourist;

3. That I further guarantee that they will not be a liability to the government of the
countries under the Schengen Territories;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and any
other legal purpose this may serve.
