An artist once said: “Great things are done by a series of small things brought

together.” In order for a team to work successfully, the process of accomplishing things

should be accompanied not just by doing the work but also by a collective and

consistent efforts, patience and perseverance of each member. With overflowing joy

within their hearts, the proponents of this study extend their warmest gratitude and

sincerest recognition to the following who have taken part for the success of this study.

First and foremost, this study will not be accomplished without the Divine

Provision of our Almighty God who is always present in guiding and giving knowledge,

wisdom and strength to the proponents, as well as unceasing blessings and

unconditional love for the success of this undertaking. All Glory and Honor belongs to

Him alone.

The proponents are also grateful to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Lope E.

Dapun, their brilliant Accounting Research adviser, for the help, supervision,

accommodation and active involvement throughout the entire phase of making this

endeavor.

Also, the proponents are always thankful for the undying love and all-around

support morally, emotionally and financially of their ever-responsible parents, guardians

and family in everything they do. Their countless efforts, guidance and understanding

made the proponents equipped and motivated to accomplish the study.

 Moreover, the proponents would like to thank the faculty of the Department of

Accountancy for the knowledge they imparted to them and also for providing the data

the researchers needed in their study.

The proponents are also grateful for the active participation of their respondents

in lending their precious time to partake in the realization of the study.

The researchers also want to extend their gratefulness to their classmates and

friends for being supportive and empathetic in all ways. Specifically, they would like to
