The pump unit that we visited on March 05 2019 came from PT. The PJB Gersik Unit as a client of
PT PLN Pusharlis. Visually the rotor dirty and rust, after perform as the inspection received is carried
out, some parts of the rotor are recommended to be repaired, replaced and produced. Our complete fact

Scope of Work
A. Workshop
1 Dismantling part of pump.
2 Cleaning averall parts of pump unit with chemical solvent & sand blasting with aluminum oxide.
3 Perform incoming inspection (visual, dimensional, R/O and NDT)
4 Perform the repair work scope according to the result of inspection list above.
5 Manufactur new part according to the result of inspection list above.
6 Replace part with the new one.
7 Perform grinding shaft.
8 Perform final inspection prior assy (visual, dimensional, R/O and NDT) &
9 Perform shaft straightening subject result of measurement on shaft bending if required.
10 Perform individual impellere and final balancing rotor as per API 610 standard.
11 Final assembling.
12 Packaging and delivery.
B. On Site
1 Perform final assy to pump housing
2 Perform Centring rotor and Alighment
3 Perform reinstatement & leaktest
4 Comissionning & Star Up (Joint Inspection)
