There are so many things that I have appreciated this year with school teachers etc. All of them
from this year I have appreciated what they taught me and how they helped me throughout this
year and showing me the wisdom and guidance. Coming into this year I was nervous and
unaware of how I was going to be able to succeed and show my full potential. This was my first
year of taking AP courses. The courses that I took were AP Government and AP Literature, a
college level medical course, Algebra 2 & Trigonometry, and AVID. Two of my teachers have
Ms. Sizemore has been the best Literature teacher. If you had her class you have soaked
up so much information. In the beginning of the year with this class I was very nervous coming
into AP because of what my friends have said in the past years, but I chose to take the class
anyway, similar into having myself thrown into the fire. It was challenging at first learning all of
the vocab and the books were classical novels. Yes I was familiar with the reading the classics
but she helped me throughout the year with so much. Aside from school work she is an amazing
person, teacher, mentor and all around great person. WHen I would struggle with anything with
school or life she would be the one I would go to. She has taught me how to believe in myself
and to give myself more credit and so much more. I am so glad that I had here as a teacher,
because asa senior has taken is course I am beyond appreciative and grateful for an amazing
english teacher like her, all of the life lessons she has taught me, the countless talks of just the
future and college, always putting a smile on my face. Thank you Ms. Sizemore for everything
Ms. Leontieff is my medical technologies teacher, she is a first year teacher. This was her
first year teaching it at school and she also teaches mental health and health careers. I took the
class that was two hours long but it was so very worth it. I have really learned so much about my
career about wanting to be an RN for the Emergency Room. I learned CPR on an infant and an
adult, the heimlich maneuver, countless information on disease, blood borne pathogens, the brain
stimulants to the inside of the human body. WIthin the course I know in the second semester we
were going to the hospital to volunteer and I was looking forward to that most of all. Sooner than
I thought now I am volunteering at the hospital getting hands on on what my future career would
look like and portray, I take vitals administer patients, help other nurses with patients, and walk
around the ER to see of any patient needs anything such as a warm blanket pillows, and the
Doctor. All I can say is the countless practice to perfection, the repetitive steps, I am so
immensinly proud of my teacher for guiding me in the steps that I need to accomplish for nurisng
school and my carrer. Her constant nright smile and radiant energy has guided my path way.
