Purpose Of This Document

This Proposal Document defines the full requirements for the website maintenance which includes the important
scope and functionalities of the maintenance project proposed. This document aims to provide the details like scope of
work, cost & time and other terms and conditions. The below details dive into in detail description of our maintenance
packages, services, terms, etc. for the convenience and best possible delivery.

Annual Maintenance Packages

As per our Company policy, we have customized our maintenance into various levels and packages. Our annual maintenance
packages are customized to suite your requirements to the best as possible.

They are as follows:

Half-yearly Package

Quarterly Package

Monthly Package

Yearly Package

These package suites best for those clients who have frequent updates incontents on their website, such as news and
events, image gallery etc. on a daily or weekly basis. This package covers a period of 12 months.

Half Yearly Package

These package suites best for those clients who have frequent updates in content on their website, such as news and
events, image gallery etc. on a daily or weekly basis and wants to choose and maintain with a smaller package. This package
covers a period of 6 months.

Quarterly Package

These package suites best for those clients who have frequent updates contents on their website, such as news and events,
image gallery etc. on a daily or weekly basis and wants to go with an economy package. This package covers a period of 3
months.

Monthly Package

These package suites best for those clients who updates contents on their website, such as news and events, image gallery
etc. once or twice in a month.This package is for 1-month time.

Scope of the Work

The scope of work is limited to maintaining the website with the home page, and other required pages with contents. The
details of scope are as given below.

Maintenance Services:

The following cases will be included in the Maintenances provided by Company to the Client wherethe client will be the
source of the content and layout of the desired pages of development. Personnel with well knowledge in the area of
services will be dedicated exclusively for themaintenance of the website.

Maintenance will be provided as pointed below:

1. Edit, revise, and update new textual content and images provided by the client to the Company for changes on
existing pages based on Client request with a minimum count of 5 numbers in a month.

2. Design and development of new additional pages on Client request compatible with the existing templates which
is used in the website.

3. Website security assuring protection to the threat of various vulnerabilities and security checks.

4. Updation in the site with Flash messages or On-load Pop up messages.

The scope of this proposal does not include the following:

1.Re-design of site – the scope of this proposal is limited to maintenance and for the complete or partial redesign, additional
page development, etc. of existing site may cost separately.

2.Website Marketing – the scope of this proposal does not include SearchEngine Optimization, marketing campaigns on
social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) or on search engines (Google, Yahoo etc.).

Deliverable Agreement Note

By signing below, the Client represents and warrants that it encompasses the scope of the entire project Client has engaged
Adpedia Digital Solutions to perform. Client is responsible for verifying and articulating the exact details of this project. If
Client makes any changes in the requirements of the project after it has been mutually agreed and accepted by Adpedia
Digital Solutions, it must be in writing and it will be reflected a change in price.

Substantial changes might delay completion times and voids any previously agreed upon deadlines. For the successful
completion of the project within the stipulated time, a contact of the client, who knows about the project, its scope and
functionality should be available to communicate with the development team via email and chat (if necessary during our
working hours 9:30 am to 5:30 pm – Monday to Saturday). Both parties are supposed to return email within 24 hrs.

Adpedia Digital Solutions will not bear any additional cost if the development involves any third party software etc., purchase
of any SSL certificate or merchant accounts that may be required to integrate with the website.

Maintenance Terms
For a period of one (1) year, the websites with URL www.acg.ae , the Company (Adpedia Web Solutions, Chalakudy) will
provide the services described above to the Client (Architectural Consulting Group) with respect to the requirement by and
between Company and the Client. The Maintenance Term may be renewed annually if required. The Client will be invoiced
for services as per the selection of Maintenance packages offered in advance. The Maintenance terms shall be renewed
once the payment for the renewed Maintenance statement is received by Company. The renewed Maintenance statement
shall commence upon the day following expiry of the expired Maintenance statement.

Authorization:

The Client hereby authorizes the Company to access their web hosting account, providing active username / password
combinations for access to the server via FTP, assuring that ‘write permissions’ are in place of the said hosting provider.

Payment terms

Terms of payment may vary according to the selection of the package.

50% Initial advance payment for the selected package.

50% on completion of maintenance work

For each package, the date of payment will be varied which will be informed once the selection of the package is
confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

Payments terms shall be followed for the processing of the payments.

Data offloading shall be done upon the maintenance request with appropriate data to be entailed to the website.

Developed pages if any shall be reviewed and commented within 3 working days from the date of delivery so as to
proceed to the next set of development.

The proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of documentation.

All content, images, texts, videos and third party integration services information API, Plug-in etc. will be provided by the
Client at times required during the maintenance time period.

The maintenances and payment terms are to be followed for the on time completion and correct maintenance of the
website.
