Greetings!
The office of the undersigned will be conducting the 4th Cluster of the 1st Public
Hearing regarding the proposed ordinance entitled “An Ordinance
Institutionalizing and Strengthening Puroks/Zones in all Barangays in the
City of Iligan, Defining their powers and functions, as well as providing
guidelines in the manner of creation, election and providing benefits to
Purok/Zone Officials, and for other purposes” on March 18, 2019 (Monday),
1:00 in the afternoon at Laville Gym, Brgy. Tubod, this city.
The undersigned is humbly requesting your good office to provide us SNACKS
(arrozcaldo) good for 1000 persons on the said date to be picked up at 12:00
noon.
