Affidavit of Adjoining Owners

We, EDDIE G. PEÑA, of legal age, Filipino, married to
Joysa D. Peña, and JUANA PACIA, of legal age, Filipino, widow,
both residents of Pinagtung-ulan, San Jose, Batangas,
Philippines and after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. We personally known TERESITA C. GUCE being our

immediate neighbor;

2. We confirm that she and her late husband, Epifanio

M. Guce are the true and lawful owners of a parcel of land
located at Pinagtung-ulan, San Jose, Batangas covered by
Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-33652, of which we are
her neighbors being the adjoining lot owners of to the said
property of Teresita C. Guce;

3. We are the owners of the land adjoining in front and

at the back of her property and that there is no conflict or
legal encumbrances between/among us with respect to said
exact boundaries;

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest the truth

that the exact are of the land is Eight Hundred Sixty One
(861) square meters;

FURTHER, AFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.

In view of the sale, they have been issued _______ Blg. As

their proof of ownership

However, despite that the prop. Was registered under the name
of Sps. E____, the Tax Declaration remains to be under my
name.

That bec, of the previous absolute sale I have made in their

favor over the property, I have no more claim whatsoever nor
do I hold any existing right and/or interest over the said
property;

I am one of the existing heirs of the late Celestino Laroza,

he being my biological parent;

I declare under oath that as far as the existing heirs of CL,

I know for a fact that our late father does not own any real
property adjoining to or within the nearest vicinity of that
of Teresita Guce located at Brgy. Pinagtung-ulan, San Jose,
Batangas;
