You have been newly assigned as a team leader to a team of 5. The

team does not seem to take you seriously because they feel you are
inexperienced and they keep comparing you with their former team
leader.

You have decided to have a team meeting to address these issues

and you wish to communicate to them that you have the capability to
manage a team and your leadership style is different.

Hello everyone,
As you all know I am your newly assigned team lead before going further I would
like to introduce myself. And I would like to know about you all before we start
working together.
I know that I am new to this passion and most of you have already worked with
some other experienced leads. I will promise you that everyone will enjoy
working as a team with me.
Working with me really make some difference in your career. Please reach out
