TRABAJADOR RESIDENTE
PRIMERA: la empresa tiene que presentar el contrato ante el Ministerio de trabajo para que lo
firme y se pueda registrar.

El recibo de haber pagado en el banco de la nación 107.50 (en el banco indicas que es
por el trámite de cambio de calidad migratoria a trabajador residente) A partir de ese
momento ya puedes pedir cita para realizar el papeleo.
Fotocopia del pasaporte. Tienes que estar en situación regular, es decir, tu visado no
tiene que haber caducado.
Fotocopia legalizada ante notario del contrato de trabajo aprobado, es decir, cuando
tu empresa haya registrado el contrato, tienes que llevarlo a cualquier notario de Perú
y por 50 soles aproximadamente te lo legaliza.
La ficha RUC de la empresa que te ha contratado, tiene que estar en situación de
ACTIVO Y HABIDO, es decir, que la empresa tiene que estar funcionando.
Entregar la copia del poder como representante legal que te ha contratado, en caso de
que no sea el director general de la empresa. Esto te lo proporciona la empresa.

Copia y original del pasaporte
El justificante de la DIGEMIN que nos han entregado en el paso anterior.
Después de entregar todo esto y pasados unos 5 o 6 días vas a poder ir a recoger tu FICHA de
Canje Internacional en el mismo lugar donde la entregaste, ese mismo dia que te la dan la
llevas a la DIGMEN y desde ese momento tardan unas cuatro semanas hasta que puedas ir a
por tu carnet de extranjería peruano.

• Photocopy of the passport. You have to be in a regular situation, that is, your visa does not
have to expire.
• Photocopy legalized before a notary of the approved work contract, that is, when your
company has registered the contract, you have to take it to any notary in Peru and for
approximately 50 soles it is legalized.
• The RUC card of the company that has hired you, must be in ACTIVE and HABIDO situation,
that is, that the company has to be working.
• Submit the copy of the power of attorney as the legal representative that has hired you, in
case you are not the CEO of the company. This is provided by the company.
Now we have to get the INTERPOL INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE RECORD, when you deliver all
this, in the DIGEMIN, the day you have been given the appointment, you will receive a receipt,
this receipt will be used for the next day to INTERPOL and we will request the INTERPOL
International Exchange Card there, for this we need:
• Form F-004
• The proof of the DIGEMIN that we have received in the previous step.
After delivering all this and after about 5 or 6 days you will be able to go to pick up your
International Exchange Card in the same place where you delivered it, that same day you give
it to the DIGMEN and from that moment it takes about four weeks until you can go for your
Peruvian immigration card.
