Praises to Shakyamuni Buddha
To the Teacher, the Blessed One, the One Gone The purity which makes one free from attach-

Fame that blazes in the three worlds, A dream, a flash of lightning, a cloud –
Winner of the best – to you I prostrate. See conditioned things as such!
With the supreme signs, face like spotless moon,
Color like gold – to you, I prostrate. Through these merits may sentient beings
You are immaculate, the three worlds are not. Attain the rank of all-seeing, subdue the foe of
Incomparably wise one – to you, I prostrate. faults, And be delivered from the ocean of suffer-
ing, Of aging, sickness and death.
The Saviour having great compassion,
The Teacher having all understanding,
The field of merit with qualities like a vast ocean
To you, the One Gone to Thusness, I prostrate.

By imaging and offering these as a Shal-se rol-rno Ia-sok-pa
Buddha realm Ngo-jor yi-kyi tru-ne-bul
May all living beings here come to Pak-me tsok-kyi she-au-sol

Mi-ge chu-tang tsam-me-nga

Dik-pa tam-che shak-par-gyi

Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas,
From the excellent region of the Potala,
Bodhisattvas, ordinary beings, and so forth
out of the green letter TAM arises Tara,
Have accumulated wholesome deeds
You liberate beings with the light of the letter
in the three times; I rejoice in their merit.
TAM. Pray come Tara with your retinue.
In accordance with the classes of thoughts
The crowns of devas and asuras

Chen-ni ge-chik lok-tang dra-ma Abiding in endless triumph
whose eyes flash like lightening, Ma-lu pa-rol chin-pa top-pe
Jik-den sum-gon chu-kye shal-gyi Honored by the children of the Jina,
Born from the opening corolla of the Gyal-we se-kyi shin-tu dem-ma
Ge-sai che-was le-ni chung-ma Having attained every perfection.

Lotus-faced, frowning-browed,
before her all the hosts of protectors
Dra-wo tam-che ma-lu so-ma
of the earth,
who slays all enemies without exception.
