Issue/Renewal of Seed License

The following documents are required for the Issue/Renewal of Seed License:-

i. Application form 'A' in duplicate for the issue of New License.

ii. Application from 'C' in duplicate for the Renewal of seed License within the
validity period

iii Copy of Partnership Deed, Memorandum of Article of the Company, Affidavit of

sole proprietor.

iv List of present Directors

v Nomination, Resolution, Power of Attorney to Sign And Submit documents,

Responsible Person to obtain license for sale of seeds in Punjab state

vi The photographs of the applicant with residence proof

vii.General Affidavit on stamp papers worth Rs. 25/- duly attested by the Notary or Ist
Class Magistrate.

viii Affidavit on Rs. 25/- for responsible person under seed Act duly attested by
Notary/Ist Class Magistrate.

ix. Principal Certificate/source Certificate from whom/where the breeder/foundation

seed is obtained

x. Map of Store/Godown duly verified by the concerned Chief Agriculture Officer

with the proof of ownership or rent deed.

xi. Fee of Rs.50/- to be deposited in the office of Director of Agriculture

xii. Sale Report for last three years
