Objectives:

Our goal is to divert __50___% of our collected residual materials away from landfill disposal by
diverting as much as possible to recycling streams including composting.

Every effort will be taken to reduce any waste from this event. Example: reducing the
consumption of paper by digitizing the processes.

We will aim to communicate the Toward Zero Waste messages to participants and suppliers
through the following methods:

1. Raising Awareness for Attitude and Behavior Change for both participants &
suppliers.
2. Action plans with all concerned parties
3. Motivating staff and encouraging employee input
4. Set up frequent environmental management team meetings

Inclusions:
Waste management bins/services will be provided by: ____Admin/HR_____

This kit will include:

 Highlighted scrap yards as per nature of waste.
 Waste bins to manage the following products:
□ Wood
□ Metals
□ Mixed Paper
□ PVC
□ Garbage

Site Operation:
This will be located as soon as possible for easy access and disposal. The sorting of the waste
will be managed by knowledgeable volunteers on regular basis then it can be taken to the
appropriate waste disposal centre.

Data Collection:
Materials will be weighed or measured by volume before disposal. All weights and figures will
be reported to the Admin/HR departments.
