AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT AND TOLERANCE

I, OSCAR G. ORTAÑEZ, of legal age, Filipino, married and with postal

address at Sitio Narra, Brgy. Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna after having been sworn
in accordance with law hereby depose and state that –

1. I am the owner of a building located at National Highway, Sitio Narra, Brgy.

Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna.

2. Without any consideration and purely gratuitous in character, I hereby give

my consent and tolerance for the use and occupation of a portion my
building with an area of 20 square meters in favor of MCJP Cycle Center,
owned by Maryclaire F. Duro, likewise of legal age, Filipino, single and
resident of Brgy. Labuin, Santa Cruz, Laguna.

3. My consent and tolerance for such occupation shall be for a period of two
(2) years from signing of this affidavit.
