Resumo
Objective: to describe the Brazilian scientific evidence on the risk factors in the
development of urinary tract infection during pregnancy, according to the
literature published since the year of 2004 until 2015. Methodology: type study
integrative review using the knowledge of evidence-based practice (EBP),
obeying the following stages: selection of the research question, selection of
research that will compose the sample, defining the characteristics of the
research, analyzing the findings, interpretation and reporting of the results of the
review and synthesis. 179 scientific articles were captured in databases: LILACS
and SciELO using the keywords: urinary tract infection, pregnancy, pregnant, risk
factors. After this capture, they were enclosed in the inclusion and exclusion
criteria constituting a final sample of 10 articles. Results: there was a larger
variety of results in research addressing major risk factors for urinary tract
infection, regarding the pathophysiology of pregnant changes, though there is a
frequency of 2 studies released each year within the time frame stipulated in this
research. Regarding the authorship of articles, participated doctors and nurses
trained in graduate school, speaking, master, doctoral latu. Regarding the
method used to search for articles of scientific evidence we observed a higher
number of field surveys of descriptive study, presenting both quantitative and
qualitative approach. Conclusions: in view of the above facts it was found that
the ITU is considered a common complication in pregnancy, because of the
changes that pregnancy causes the female body, with an E. coli is the most
common uropathogen.
urinária” AND
60 5
“fatores de
risco”
“infecções
urinárias” AND
110 4
“gravidez”
Assim, foi possível definir uma amostra final 10 artigos, no qual 06 artigos
da LILACS e 04 da SCIELO; salienta-se que artigos encontrados mais de um vez
nas bases de dados foram incluídas uma só vez.
