TASK ON TOGGLE SWITCH
TASK 1: - Draw a one-line diagram such that when a Toggle Switch is made ON an indicator lamp gets ON and when the Toggle Switch is made OFF the indicator lamp gets OFF. TASK 2: - Draw a one-line diagram by using two Toggle Switch (S1, S2) such that when both Toggle Switches are made ON indicator lamp gets ON and when any of the Toggle Switch is made OFF the indicator lamp gets OFF. TASK 3: - Draw a one-line diagram by using two Toggle Switch (S1, S2) such that when any of the Toggle Switch is made ON an output indicator lamp gets ON and when both the Toggle Switch is made OFF the output gets OFF. TASK 4: - Draw a one-line diagram by using three Toggle Switch (S1, S2, S3) such that when S1 and any of the Toggle Switch (S2, S3) is made ON an output indicator lamp gets ON and when all the Toggle Switch is made OFF or only S1 is made OFF the output gets OFF. TASK 5: - Draw an OLD by using two SPDT Switch (S1, S2) such that: - When S1 and S2 is made ON an indicator lamp gets OFF. When S1 and S2 is made OFF also the indicator lamp remains OFF. When S1 is made ON and S2 is made OFF the indicator lamp gets ON. When S1 is made OFF and S2 is made ON the indicator lamp stays ON. TASK 6: - Draw an OLD by using two SPDT Switch (S1, S2) such that: - When S1 and S2 is made ON an indicator lamp gets ON. When S1 and S2 is made OFF the indicator lamp remains ON. When S1 is made ON and S2 is made OFF the indicator lamp gets OFF. When S1 is made OFF and S2 is made ON the indicator lamp remains OFF. TASK ON PUSH BUTTON. TASK 7: - Draw a one-line diagram such that when a push button is pressed an output gets ON and when the push button is released the output gets OFF. TASK 8: - Draw a one-line diagram such that when a push button is pressed an output gets OFF which was previously ON and when the push button is released the output gets ON. TASK ON LIMIT SWITCH. TASK 9: - Draw a one-line diagram such that: - When a Limit Switch is pressed an indicator lamp L1 gets OFF which was previously ON and simultaneously a buzzer gets ON which was previously OFF. When the Limit Switch is released the lamp and the buzzer return to their previous condition. TASK ON SELECTOR SWITCH. TASK 10: - Draw a one-line diagram such that: - When a Selector Switch is selected at position ‘1’ an indicator lamp L1 gets ON which was previously OFF. When the same Selector Switch is selected at position ‘2’ a buzzer gets ON which was previously OFF. When the same Selector Switch is selected at position ‘0’ both the indicator lamp L1 and buzzer get OFF. TASK ON RELAY. TASK 11: - Draw a one-line diagram such that: - When a Magnetic Relay’s coil is energized with a 24v D.C. supply through a push button it will make a 230V A.C. buzzer ON. When the same Magnetic Relay’s coil is de-energized by release of push button it will make the 230V A.C. buzzer OFF. TASK ON PROXIMITY SWITCH (SENSOR). TASK 12: - Draw a one-line diagram such that: - When a Proximity Switch or a metal sensor senses a metal an indicator lamp gets ON which was previously OFF. When the same Proximity Switch or a metal sensor does not sense the metal the indicator lamp gets OFF. The working voltage of the lamp is 230v A.C TASK ON MAGNETIC CONTACTOR. TASK 13: - (INCHING CIRCUIT) Draw a one-line diagram for a logic such that when Push Button is pressed a 230v indicator lamp gets ON through a 230 v A.C. contactor. When the same Push button is released the indicator lamp gets OFF. TASK 14: - (LATCHING CIRCUIT) Draw a one-line diagram for a logic such that when a Push Button is pressed an indicator lamp gets ON through a contactor. When the same push button is released the indicator lamp still remains ON. TASK 15: - (START-STOP CIRCUIT) Draw a one-line diagram for a logic such that when Start push button is pressed; an indicator lamp gets ON through a contactor. When the same push button is released the indicator lamp still remains ON. When another push button (Stop push button) is pressed and released the indicator lamp gets OFF. Indicator lamp can be made on by pressing and releasing Start push button again. TASK 16: - (FORWARD-REVERSE CIRCUIT) Draw a one-line diagram for a logic such that: - When a push button (PB1) is pressed a contactor K1 (FORWARD CONTACTOR) gets ON and latched. When another push button PB2 (Stop push button) is pressed contactor K1 gets OFF. When push button(PB3) is pressed another contactor K2 (REVERSE CONTACTOR) gets ON and latched. When PB2 (Stop push button) is pressed contactor K2 gets OFF. INTERLOCKING When contactor K1 (FORWARD CONTACTOR) gets ON by pressing push button(PB1) if PB3 is pressed then contactor K2 should not get ON. Similarly, when contactor K2 (REVERSE CONTACTOR) gets ON by pressing push button (PB3) if PB1 is pressed then contactor K1 should not get ON. But both the contactor can be stopped by common stop push button PB2. TASK ON TIMER. TASK 17: - (STAR-DELTA STARTER CIRCUIT) Draw a one-line diagram for a logic such that: - When a Start push button (PB1) is pressed two contactors K1(MAIN CONTACTOR) and K2 (STAR CONTACTOR) get ON and latched. Also a A1D1X timer gets on. After 15 seconds of pressing push button PB1 another contactor K3 (DELTA CONTACTOR) gets ON through Timer. When contactor K3 gets ON K2 gets OFF. But still K1 remains ON. When contactor K3 gets ON it makes a buzzer on such that it will say the motor is now running in its full speed. When a push button PB2 (Stop Push Button) is pressed everything turns off. TASK 18: - Draw a one-line diagram such that: - When a 24v DC metal sensor senses a metal; a conveyor motor (m1) gets ON immediately which was previously OFF. After 10 sec of motor m1, another motor m2 gets on & remain in on condition till a stop push button is not pressed. when motor m2 gets on it makes motor m1 off. At any instant if stop push button is pressed both motors should get off. *Both the motors get on through contactors.
