• Use of Function Rooms with fully dressed tables and chairs
• Use of basic P/A system with technician to assist audio needs of the program

We may also arrange for the conference materials and equipment for a minimal charge:
 Projector with Screen Projector – Php 3,500.00 (Per day)

Extra Charges:
 Lechon Corkage Php 500.00
 Liquor Php 300/bottle
 Beer Php 500/case

NOTE: The actual number of guaranteed guests/attendees must be confirmed 7 days prior to the function/event.

BILLING ARRANGEMENT
• Date & Venue Blocking Fee: Php 25,000.00
• Security Deposit Php 5,000.00
*Refundable within two (2) weeks after the event, net of applicable charges (such as but not limited to extension on
contracted period electrical charges on electrical equipment brought in by organizer/supplier, bank charges and any
other incidental charges incurred during the event)
• Contract should be signed not later than one month before the date of the affair.
• Upon signing of Banquet Contract, the hotel will require the full payment.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
