Respected Sir,
This has reference to my earlier application for sick leave, enclosing the doctor's
certificate, sent vide e mail. Since then, my health conditions improved a lot, still ,my
doctors feel that, to be 'firm on my feet' I require few more days of complete rest. So, I
request your goodself to sanction another fifteen days of 'sick'leave.

Thanks.
Best regards.

To,
The Chief Manager,
Punjab National Bank,
North Eastern Circle,
Guwahati.Assam.

Respected Sir,
I have received your letter no: NEC/HRD/MR, dated 28/05/2010 today, and astounded by its
contents. Sir, I have piles of medical certificates and test reports certifying my ailment since, for last
five years, I have been subsisting on a daily dose of medicines like ‘stamlo5’.At one point of time, I
became tired of enduring the pain of, my ailment and went to the extent of seeking reversion which,
however, didn't materialize, thanks to the love and encouragement of the then circle head, chief
manager, our beloved ‘Debroyda’and my colleagues.
But this time, when again my ailment raised its head, almost, cutting down my stay at mother
earth. I could notice a strange change of scenario. On surviving the unprecedented crisis, which I have
narrated in my earlier communication, I somehow walked to a medical practitioner and got myself treated
and posted my application for medical leave along with due medical certificate as inscribed in the
relevant page of our ‘HRMS’site. But in spite of this, you preferred to vilify me by contumely depicting
my leave as unauthorized and went to the extent of stopping my salary and thus bringing survival of my
family at stake.
Such an capricious and unwarrantable action on your part, endangered my family with the
prospect of starvation looming over and worse of all, made me unable to continue treatment of my old
ailing mother of eighty four, who is a patient of ‘osteo arthritis’.
Sir, when I see my ‘octogenarian’ mother writhing in pain due to non-administration of required
medicines, the catchy shibboleth of ‘PNB PARIWAR’ appears like a prank to me.
All these traumas put an extreme mental pressure on me and at present, I am in a ‘sick-abed’ state
and in no shape to go to a government hospital to get myself examined physically and financially. So, you
are requested to make your arrangements to carry me to a government hospital for adequate treatment
and examination. I reiterate sir, I Lost my father at tender age of fourteen and if anything happens to my
old ailing mother, who is like a oasis of love to me, then, there will be nothing stopping me from seeking
justice from the highest renderer of justice of the country.
Best regards.

This is a testimony to the arbitrary
manner in which my genuine appeal for sick leave, submitted with doctor's certificate
got declined in HRMS.
