KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement of the Estate of the late

___________, made and entered into by:

THE HEIRS OF _________, namely: his surviving spouse ____________, and his

WHEREAS, the herein HEIRS have determined that it is to their best interest
and benefit to extra-judicially settle, partition and adjudicate the said parcels of
land and any other real property by and among themselves pursuant to Section 1 of
Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and the HEIRS all being of
age with full capacity to contract, do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the
personal property described above, in equal shares.

MOREOVER, the surviving spouse and heir, Herminia C. Sumadero, hereby

waive, abandon, and relinquish all and whatever rights and interests she have over
the parcel of land above-described, in favor of her co-heirs,

That we hereby warrant our valid title to and peaceful possession of the
property herein conveyed and further declares that the same is free and clear of all
liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
