Are sports

My opinion….
I think sports and staying fit are Important because lots of people nowadays
are so lazy and don’t want to do anything but stay at home a eat junk food all
day.
What I learned…..
When exploring about my topic I learned that lot’s of people are suffering
from health problems and sports and staying fit can help the 95% of the
population that have health problems and also 1 out of 20 people were
healthy with no health difficulties because they had motivation to make a
change in their body.
Ways to stay fit…..
● Go for morning runs
● Join a sport (track,baseball,football)
● Lift weights
● Change your diet
Motivation!!!
Some people might make the choice to work out and then the next day they
will feel lazy and start there bad habit again and here are some quotes I liked.
