Note: Pattern is written for smaller size with changes for larger size in
parentheses. When only one number is given, it applies to both sizes. To follow
pattern more easily, circle all numbers pertaining to your size before beginning.

MATERIALS
 Lion Brand® Color Made Easy (Art. #195)
 143 Prism 6 (8) balls
 Lion Brand® circular knitting needle
size 11 (8mm), 29 in. (73.5 cm) long
 Lion Brand® stitch markers
 Lion Brand® large-eyed blunt needle

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
Crochet hook size L-11 (8 mm)

GAUGE
11 sts + 16 rows = about 4 in. (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS).
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

STITCH EXPLANATIONS
Yo (yarn over)
An increase that also creates a small decorative hole (eyelet) in the fabric,
worked as follows:
1. Bring yarn to front, between the needles.
2. Take yarn to back, over the right hand needle.
This creates the new st.
When the pattern indicates to (yo) 2 or 3 times, simply repeat steps 1 and 2 for
the number of times indicated.

NOTES
1. The Pullover is made in 4 pieces: Back, Front and 2 sleeves.
2. The Sleeves are worked in an easy Drop St Wave pattern.
3. A circular needle is used to accommodate the width of the pieces. Work
back and forth in rows on the circular needle as if working on straight
needles.

BACK
Cast on 82 (90) sts.

Row 1 (WS): K2, purl to last 2 sts, k2.

Row 2: Knit.

Rep Rows 1 and 2 until piece measures about 23 (25) in. (58.5 (63.5) cm) from
beginning, end with a Row 2 as the last row you work.

Knit 4 rows.
Bind off.

FRONT
Cast on and work same as Back.

SLEEVES (make 2)
Cast on 46 (56) sts.

Rows 1 and 2: Knit.

Row 3 (RS): K6, *yo, k1, (yo) twice, k1, (yo) 3 times, k1, (yo) twice, k1, yo, k6;
rep from * across.
Row 4: Knit, dropping all YOs as you come to them.
Rows 5 and 6: Knit.
Row 7 (RS): K1, *yo, k1, (yo) twice, k1, (yo) 3 times, k1, (yo) twice, k1, yo, k6;
rep from * to last 5 sts, yo, k1, (yo) twice, k1, (yo) 3 times, k1, (yo) twice, k1, yo,
k1.
Row 8: Rep Row 4.

Rep Rows 1-8 for 4 more times, then rep Rows 1-6 once more.
Bind off.

Pull Sleeve gently lengthwise to adjust the dropped yo loops.

FINISHING
Place markers on either side of center 26 (28) sts on upper edge of Back and
Front to mark neck opening.
Sew shoulders from side edges to markers. Remove markers.

Place markers on each side of Front and Back 8 (10) in. (20 (25.5) cm) below
shoulder seams.
Sew tops of Sleeves between markers.

Sew side and Sleeve seams, leaving 14 (13) in. (35.5 (33) cm) unsewn at lower
edge for side slits.

Lower Edging
From RS with crochet hook, join yarn with a slip st in lower corner of Front. Work
single crochet evenly spaced across lower edge of Front.
Fasten off.
